Ep. 2 New Year’s Resolution
Even though it may be a little late by now, the point still stands. How do you set achievable goals? What is a New Year’s Resolution and why do people make them?
Most people are trying to change a bad habit or make a positive change in their life. For example, eating healthier or being more financially responsible. A great way to achieve these goals is to set smaller goals along the way. Don’t set yourself up for failure by setting too many goals or unrealistic goals. If you want to eat healthier, set small goals maybe starting with each meal or each day and take it in small doses to reach the goal of eating healthier. Josiah set a goal to eat healthier and lose a little bit of weight this year. Steven also wants to eat healthier, but wants to gain a little weight this year. Steven also talks about wanting to work more on a book he started last year and the interesting writing method he is using.
